Stored properly in undamaged and unopened original sealed packaging in the temperature range +5 ^oC to +35 ^oC. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.

Mix Sikafloor®-12 Primer thoroughly before use. Sikafloor®-12 Primer is designed for application over properly prepared, suitable substrates. Sikafloor®-12 Primer can be used neat or diluted with potable water according to the site requirement. Guidelines are as follows : 

For very absorbent substrate dilute the primer 1:1 with water and uniformly spread on substrate at a coverage rate of 2–3 m²/litre by brush, taking care to avoid leaving any puddles on horizontal areas.

For normal substrate dilute the primer 1:3 with water and uniformly spread on substrate at a coverage rate of 3–4m²/litre by brush, taking care to avoid leaving any puddles on horizontal surfaces.

For non-absorbent materials inc. quarry tile, terrazzo or polished concrete surfaces use at full strength (undiluted). Mix thoroughly then spread the primer uniformly at a coverage rate of 3–4m²/litre by push broom in a single application and leave to dry completely.

Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
